GIMMICK TWIZTED BY ERIC JONES

demo : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L_mpYvyQ0yw

Eric's take on twisting the aces. Four cards are used, one at at time the cards turn face up in progressively more visual, and impressive ways. The routine is modular in the sense that Eric provides several ways to do this effect surrounded, and each revelation can be interchanged with any other to suit the style of the performer.
Eclipse - The least demanding, yet most visual effect on the DVD! Two cards are shown front and back and without any cover at all, one of the cards visibly turns face down, and then instantly turns face up again while educating the spectator about eclipses.
Twizted Grasshopper - WORTH THE PRICE OF THE DVD - Eric collaborates with underground magician Rahat to bring you their version of Paul Harris' Grasshopper effect. A FREELY chosen card is openly placed between two face up court cards and set aside. Two other court cards are shown front and back and set down. The selected card VISIBLY vanishes from between the two sandwich cards and is found between the second set of cards.
Sandwich With A Twizt - Featuring the Passless Pass - Eric teaches a very easy to perform handling of the classic sandwich plot where two court cards visibly sandwich a freely selected card without ever coming near the pack. You only need to be able to control a card on the top. Can't do a pass or sidesteal? No problem. Eric teaches a new move called the Passless Pass that will change the way magicians control cards.
Extreme Twizt - A face down card is openly placed between two other face down cards. The card visibly turns face up twice, and the cards back even changes color in this angle proof rendition of Paul Harris' Bizarre Twist.
All necessary cards provided.

GIMMICK HELL BENT BY GREGORY WILSON

demo : http://www.penguinmagic.com/p/6712

Recently, Greg Wilson taught me the way he melts quarters, and I fell in love.. with the trick (sorry Greg!). Seriously though, it's freaking fantastic.. and it's obvious he's done it 1,000 times. Multiple phases, gets everyone involved, and it's clever as hell. Basically everything you'd expect from a perfect Greg Wilson bar trick.

We filmed Greg performing it for real people so you can see how he manages different sized crowds, and then brought him into the studio to teach Nick every step in detail. I gotta say, I was really surprised at how many clever moves he put into this thing. It's just perfect.. and I know I never would have come up with it. It's so Greg. You'll see what I mean.

GIMMICK TRANSACTION BY JUSTIN FLOM & RICK LAX

DEMO : http://www.penguinmagic.com/p/6625

NOTE: routine only works with American bills. Different sizes and colors will not work.

"JUSTIN FLOM hasn’t released a trick in years. He’s VERY selective about what he puts out. But when he created Transaction—I COULDN’T LET HIM KEEP IT TO HIMSELF.

We worked together to shape his INGENIOUS TRANSFORMATION into a COMPLETE ROUTINE. The results look like this:

You show two bills and a bill. You fold up the bill and give it to your friend. Then you hold the two at your fingertips…and they INSTANTLY MORPH into the . You immediately SHOW THE BACK AND THE FRONT. Then your friend opens her hand…AND SHE’S GOT THE TWO BILLS.

The Transaction gimmick takes two minutes to make. And after you make it, you can use it for a lifetime. Unlike other bill change gimmicks out there, this one doesn’t use thread or magnets or anything delicate. It’s BUILT TO LAST. So you can put it in your wallet and keep it there, without worrying about wear and tear. THIS TRICK IS READY TO GO AT ANY TIME.

Justin Flom is very selective about the tricks he performs. And even more selective about the tricks he releases. He hasn’t gotten where he is today by doing bad magic. And now, his latest creation, Transaction, can be yours."

GIMMICK JUMBO CARD PROBLEM BY MAGIC WLADIMIR

DEMO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GawJHUf_9O4

“I was lucky enough to attend the MAGIC Live convention in 2015, and I probably spent more time at Magic Wladimir’s booth than anywhere else. I’m so happy that we’re bringing a couple of his tricks to Penguin Magic, because he’s an amazing creator and an amazing performer. This trick is perfect for magicians looking to play bigger gigs before bigger groups. The method is diabolical.” Rick Lax

Packs small, plays HUGE. The best part? NO SLEIGHT-OF-HAND NECESSARY!

It’s the Jumbo Card Problem.

So what distinguishes this trick from, say, NFW? A LOT. Each of the jumbo face cards is DIFFERENT…meaning, you show 4 DIFFERENT jumbo face cards…and they become 4 DIFFERENT jumbo spot cards. (And yes, you can show the BACKS of ALL the cards both BEFORE and AFTER.) Also you don’t have to do any fishy counts or ‘moves.’ You just show each card individually, then spread them out…and the magic is DONE.

The secret principle behind this trick goes back to Johann Nepomuk Hofzinser. Over the years, it was developed by Brother John Hammon, and Lubor Fiedler & Magic Wladimir.

Penguin is proud to present Wladimir’s most-improved version of the amazing effect.

GIMMICK UNCAGED BY FINIX & SKYMEMBER

DEMO : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f4Cyuo6NHwk

Chewing gum is a basic prop that has been used by most magicians as a trick and will continue to be used in the present. Finix Chan has come out with this visual wonder involving a sealed pack of gum. With the blessing and permission from Alan Rorrison, we are proud to present to you "Uncaged".

Imagine this, you will present two sealed packs of gum to the spectator and then ask he or she to select one between them. The chosen pack of gum will be kept in the spectator's back pocket. Then, the switch is visually happening in front of the spectator's eye with gentle rubs on the gum pack. Now, the spectator is asked to take out the pack of gum from their back pocket. What the spectator will find out is the packs of gum have been swapped. The trick looks so simple, but the effect hasn't ended yet. Just before the spectator can digest this impossible moment; the next level of the switch is completed by the magician doing some magical gesture. It also switched the gum sticks inside those gum packs which were completely sealed the whole time. The best part? Everything can be handed out right away for examination.

Variations that you will learn:

Rub Change: Simply rub the pack of gum and the flavor will change.

Touch Change: The change that happened in the spectator's hand.

Frosty Mind: Illusion of two gum transpo.

Feather in the air: A stick of gum visually appeared at the top of the pack of gum.

GIMMICK OBLIVION BY TOM WRIGHT

DEMO : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IF6pYClO4cc

OBLIVION is the most incredible floating effect your spectators will ever witness.

A borrowed, signed coin hovers between your hands, completely under your control. Your hand moves over and above the floating, spinning coin, proving that there is no means of support.

AND THEN! IT DROPS!

It hovers millimeters from the floor before it takes off once again, travelling vertically for five feet, back into your waiting hand. The signed coin is handed back to the spectator and you are totally clean.

This is quite simply, the world's best handling for the floating, spinning coin, with a jaw-dropping kicker.

The second phase, after running amok, the Scarlet Pimpernel is caught again. After placing him between the two guards in your hand, he once again escapes!
The guards capture the Scarlet Pimpernel for a final time; leaving all three guards with him, within a blink of an eye he escapes. Place the three guards, which were once four cards, into your spectator's hand. The Scarlet Pimpernel is free! Completely gone, only to turn up wherever you want.
